Welcome....?

Howdy all. Yes - it's been a while, hasn't it?

Since my previous rantings from inside My Utopian Bubble and From A Secret Base in Texas, quite a lot of shit has gone down that, to say the least, knocked me on my ass. I won't re-bore you with the story - most of you know it anyway. Let's just say now that I've come to terms with the fact that there is a future and that there's a place in it for me. I remember vividly how hard it was to accept that...

Nonetheless - I have persevered and can tentatively say that I'm participating in life in general, and beginning to get back in the habit of interacting with the planet. And it's making me crazy.

I've often thought to once again spew my mind's contents forth via the www - it just got too hard to maintain my own page; registering domain names and changing ISPs, and keeping track of multiple urls. What a pain in the ass.

"Myspace" looked like it might present the opportunity, but then it got bloated and hyped and I lost interest. I sort of got interested in the blogosphere early on - cheap & EASY, but life kept intervening. Until now...

So, now that I'm no longer contemplating which pistol to use - for better or worse, here I am again. Give me a little while to warm up (I'll be filling the archive with the old chestnuts from MUB and ASBIT), and we'll be off and running.
